Jacky was amazing. Since the first day we spoke in getting a quote, she was really nice and her prices are reasonable. She does not try to upsell you in any way. I ordered two 5-foot column balloons (2-colors) plus a big balloon on top at $90.00 each.  Her delivery fee to West Hills was reasonable too. When she delivered the balloons, she sets it up for you as well.  I will definitely call her again for the next event I have!
